Return & Exchange Policy – True Harvest

At True Harvest, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 5-day exchange or return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or return. To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us at customer@trueharvest.store.

Exchanges and Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The product must be in the same condition that you received it—unused and in its original packaging.
  • Documentation: The original invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.

Please Note: Products that have been used are ineligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges and returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Item: The product is damaged or you received the wrong item.
  2. Packaging Issues: The product was not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
  3. Expired Product: The product has expired by the time of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the pickup of the item from the original delivery address. You will be notified of the expected pickup date.

  • Exchange Delivery: In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days after the return pickup is completed.
  • Delivery Discrepancies: For any delivery-related discrepancies, please reach out to us within 48 hours after the order has been marked as delivered.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped.
  • Refund on Cancellation: If a cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Right to Cancel: True Harvest reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed for various reasons, including but not limited to non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues identified with the personal or financial details provided by the customer.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
